Perelandra
Via Rick Brannan, I've discovered Loren Rosson's blogging about Perelandra.
Very few people know this, but one of my secret goals in life is to produce and direct a film adaptation of Perelandra and possibly the entire trilogy.

Yes! My favourite book. I've just started rereading it and thinking what a great film it would make so also my secret dream! Trilogy is very cinematic especially following LOTR and Narnia franchises.
But I would want it to stick very close to Lewis' dialogue and theology.
