Pied-à-terre
Yesterday, I signed the papers to rent an apartment in Burlington. Every international man of mystery (to use Titus Brown's introductory description of me from PyCon) needs at least one pied-à-terre and this is mine :-)
For the last five years, I've lived in a hotel whenever working in the US. I felt an immediate sense of stability walking out of the leasing office yesterday with the keys to my apartment.
Now I just need to buy a bed and bedding, some towels, toilet paper, a desk and chair, and arrange Internet access and I'm all set! Other furniture, kitchenware and household "essentials" can wait :-)

No, Mass. Went to Vermont weekend before last and loved it. Didn't make it to Burlington, though.

The Nuance office is across the street from the Wayside Commons. If your ever interested in Coffee drop me an e-mail.

Burlington, VT? I love that city. My girlfriend grew up in rural VT, and we go up to visit the city every time we're there.
